We are a family-owned law firm located in Rosanna, with a set of values that reflect not only our commitment to legal excellence but also the importance of familial relationships and trust.
Livio has been practicing law for over 40 years, since graduating from Melbourne University in 1980. Livio is also a registered builder with the Victoria Building Authority and has built an array of domestic developments since 1985 with his brothers in the family building business.
Using his knowledge from both fields, Livio has many developer clients, being able to provide property law advice, whilst also drawing on his building knowledge. Other areas of law Livio works in is Wills and Probates and Commercial Law. Livio works very closely with many real estate agents preparing and advising on commercial leases. Livio is very proud to run Belvedere Lawyer’s with his family.
Jacque, Livio’s second daughter, graduated from La Trobe University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Legal Studies. Jacque was admitted to the legal profession in 2018 after completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2018.
Jacque practices in all areas of law that Belvedere Lawyers offer, with her favourite area being conveyancing. Jacque has developed relationships with various real estate agents who refer clients to her directly.
Julia, Livio’s third daughter, commenced her double degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology in 2020. Julia is employed as a paralegal and assistant to Livio and Jacque.
Julia is following in her father and sisters footsteps and plans to be admitted to the legal profession upon completion of her double degree.
At the forefront is our principal solicitor, Livio Belvedere, a seasoned legal professional with decades of experience. Livio is not just a legal expert, but also a proud father.
Working alongside him is the next generation of solicitors, his daughters, Jacqueline Belvedere, our accomplished second solicitor and Julia Belvedere who is studying law.
